I believe the provision of legal services should be focused on the needs of the client, not the needs of the attorney. As such, I approach each client matter with the care and attention I would like to be given if I were the client.
I have a broad range of experience and leverage my experience to help provide excellent results for my clients. I have handled small cases to large cases involving potential liabilities of over $2 billion, but my favorite issues to work on are those for small businesses facing unexpected challenges.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and watching my daughter play soccer all over the country. I am an avid fan of the University of Michigan athletics teams and the Wolverhampton Wanderers.
In addition to Caldwell Law, I serve as an ad hoc General Counsel for multiple small businesses, and I am a college professor who teaches various business, management, and legal courses. I earned my law degree from the University of Michigan Law School after studying math and accounting in undergrad. I am also a disabled veteran who was honorably discharged due to injuries sustained while serving in the United States Marine Corps.
